1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ivy Gaze Professional Cleaning Services ("Ivy Gaze," "we," "our," or "us") digital properties, including ivygaze.com, the client portal, and any related booking or administrative tools. By creating an account, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Ivy Gaze provides commercial and residential cleaning, facility management, and related specialty services. Service availability, scope, and scheduling are confirmed in writing or via the bookings dashboard. We reserve the right to modify offerings, pricing, and availability based on staffing, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, safeguarding login credentials, and promptly notifying Ivy Gaze of any unauthorized account activity. Admin users may invite or revoke additional team members and are accountable for actions taken under their organization.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings created through the portal remain pending until confirmed by our operations team. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a service fee to cover crew allocation.
5. Service Preparation
Clients must provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazardous materials or restricted areas prior to service. Ivy Gaze reserves the right to suspend or refuse service if conditions pose health, safety, or compliance risks to our technicians.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept secure electronic payments and issue receipts via the client portal. Past-due balances may lead to suspension of services until the account is current.
7. Asset & Media Usage
Marketing materials, website imagery, and hero media displayed on ivygaze.com are proprietary to Ivy Gaze or licensed third parties. Do not reuse or redistribute these assets without written consent. Admins managing digital assets agree to upload only authorized content.
8. Privacy
We handle client information according to industry-standard security practices and our Privacy Notice. Supabase is used for authentication and data storage; Resend handles transactional emails. Third-party providers process data only as needed to deliver contracted services.
9. Warranties & Liability
Ivy Gaze strives to deliver meticulous cleaning backed by trained professionals. However, we do not warrant outcomes beyond the agreed scope or accept liability for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or hidden structural issues. To report a service concern, contact our team within 24 hours for review.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes, product enhancements, or operational improvements. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the portal after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
